Story[]
Night 24[]
Bayanihan Tribe[]
The episode begins with a shot of the moon before showing the eleven remaining members of the merged tribe arriving back from tribal council. The tension in the air is clear as nobody really says anything and Jessica looks furious. The camera pans over to Tatiana who goes into shelter and sits down.
Jessica: Real classy act Michael, promising us all day that you will vote with us.
Mark: Jessica, come with me.
Jessica: No, I am really angry-
Mark: Come with me now Jessica!
Jessica sighs and she leaves the camp with her uncle.
Two of them walk on the beach as Mark puts his hand on Jessica’s shoulders.
Mark: I know you are mad but we cannot show it to them
Jessica: You always told me to not bottle up my emotions.
Mark: I know I did, sadly this is not the same situation. We cannot lash out on them right now
Jessica: But I am so pissed at Michael. He promised us that he would vote with us and now we are on the bottom!
While ranting about her frustration Jessica begins to sob and Mark immediately pulls her into a tight hug, letting his niece cry on his shoulder.
Mark: Just let it out okay. Let it all out now and tomorrow we will think of something
Jessica just nods as she tries to pull herself together.
The scene cuts back to the camp and Michael sitting in shelter. While most people try to get some sleep Michael is looking nervous and he takes a deep breath before finally laying down as well.
Day 25[]
Bayanihan Tribe[]
The scene shows a shot of the sun barely rising in the sky, indicating that it is very early in the morning. However the next show already shows Sachihko and Henry leaving the shelter. They grab their canteen and leave the camp.
The married couple refills their canteen and Henry notices how frustrated Sachiko looks.
Henry: Don’t worry, I am sure we will think of something
Sachiko: Luckily they will target Mark over us at first so we should use that time to find a way to break that majority.
Henry: I don’t doubt it. It makes me sad that Mark will be thrown to the wolves.
Sachiko: It is sad but we have to look out for ourselves right now.
Henry sighs and nods.
The next shot shows that there has been significant passing of time. Luna and Tatiana sit by the fire and the event planner asks Luna if they can talk in private. Luna nods and two of them leave. They head to the beach and both sit down in the shallow part of the water and begin talking.
Luna: Thank you for siding with us last night.
Tatiana: Don’t worry about it. I appreciate your honesty about getting my votes over whatever Ino was trying to do.
Luna: Well what did you want to talk to me about?
Tatiana: Well, did you tell the others about the promise we made to each other? About keeping Mark and Jessica safe this round?
Luna: Only Marcin knows about it so far, but I will make sure the rest will know about it today.
Tatiana thanks Luna and the scene transitions to Luna’s confessional.
"Tatiana asked me point blank that she wants Mark and Jessica to have some sort of protection for one tribal and obviously I was going to say yes. I do not know the extent of their relationship but I know it’s mostly between Mark and Michael. However I know damn well that if I even throw the idea that Mark should go now, Tatiana will do what she did to Ino the round before, she showed that she can play this game and I want her on my team rather than on the enemy team." | |

Around the same time Michael and Mark leave the camp as well to talk privately. They head into the woods.
Mark stops when they are far away from the camp and Michael sighs, looking down in guilt.
Michael: Look, I am really sorry.
Mark crosses his arm across his chest and stays silent for a brief moment.
Mark: About what exactly?
Michael: That I let you down.
Mark looks surprised by the answer and his expression softens right away.
Michael: I promised that I would vote with you and then I backed out because I do agree that going with that side was the wrong move and I know that you are there as well and I don’t doubt that you would help me. (Sighs) I just didn’t think that anyone but you would have my back.
Mark takes a deep breath, unsure how to respond to this but he shakes his head.
Mark: I wanted answers, I just wanted to know what changed and you just told me that.
Michael: So you aren’t mad at me.
Mark: I am mad at you. (Michael’s face falls) You are almost an adult Mike and I have told you countless times that I won’t sugar coat anything with just because you are eighteen. I understand why you did what you did but I am still angry you know? For now at least.
Michael just nods, not really sure what to say.
Mark: I am not saying I don’t want to talk to you, I am also not saying I don’t want to work with you but right now me and Jessica and both are pretty upset with you. And you know why it’s mostly with you and not Tatiana.
Michael nods, frowning as he looks down to avoid eye contact.
Mark: But if you need anything, you know where to find me. Not like I can hide from you here. (Laughs)
Michael chuckles softly as well and two of them start heading back to the camp.
